We’re seeking an admin assistant for a full-time role (Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm) responsible for general administrative tasks, including booking jobs, managing customer and supplier calls and emails, and supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and work well both independently and as part of a team. Job Title: Admin Assistant
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling and booking jobs
- Answer customer and supplier phone calls, ensuring excellent service
